The Mixed-Use Building project by Everywhere Properties is a recent and outstanding design venture, featuring a multi-level structure with three basements, a ground floor, and 18 upper floors. At present, the project is actively ongoing and situated near the AU headquarters in Mexico. It is currently in the initial design stage. Comprising twenty-five floors, a ground floor, and four basements, this project is a significant undertaking.
